FUTURE DESIGN STUDENT CAMPAIGN 2024
PURPOSE
The Dept. of Art+Design in the South Carolina School of the Arts at Anderson University (SC) will equip students well to grow as designers and as humans. In this mail-out mini zine and fold-out poster, we developed a comprehensive documentation of all of the information we, as students, felt incoming students should know as they make their college decisions.
MINI ZINE DESIGN
The Mini Zine cover reads: A letter from current students, designed by current students, with work from current students, created for future students—YOU!
It was designed to be playful and engaging with printer marks, color ways utilized as organizational indicators, dotted grid elements, and, most excitingly, student-designed typefaces and student work! The copywriting was entirely student-crafted as well, with real perspectives on program benefits, clubs and organizations, faculty, internships, location, preparation for the future, and more.
FOLD-OUT POSTER DESIGN
The fold-out poster is a testament to the BFA in Graphic Design program at the South Carolina School of the Arts at Anderson University. Utilizing the strengths of typographic hierarchy, we collected and communicated the most important statistics, featured alumni quotes, and details about the program. The interior of the poster showcases the quality of student work developed covering various years.
